About the work:
Portrait of a Red Curtain is an hour length, immersive solo performed originally in a dressing room. It follows an estranged performer as he navigates his space or nest in which he begins shedding the skin of a creature and self. We stand prey to our own creature/psyche/ ego, but how must we shed this layer in order to discover the purest of animals within?
